A $300 per person deposit is required to reserve a seat(**may be less under certain circumstances). All final payments are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the tour. Trips booked within two weeks of the start of the tour are payable in full at the time of booking.
If we receive a written cancellation 4 months in advance, you will get a full refund, minus a $75 administration fee per seat. After that time, all deposits are fully non-refundable without exception on all confirmed spaces.
If the cancelling rider can find a replacement guest to fill the seat, then any funds received can be transferred to the replacement rider. If funds are refunded to the cancelling rider then charged to the new guest by Bush Pilot Biking, a $75 administration fee per seat will apply. If the guests transfer funds amongst themselves, there is no fee.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice. All cancellations must be received in writing.
All guests will not be able to participate unless a “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement” waiver is properly signed and witnessed and are of a the minimum age of 19.
It is the responsibility of all guests to arrive at the required time and location to commence any trip as well as ensure proper entry through Canadian Customs and Immigration if entering from outside Canada.
All prices are quoted in Canadian currency and do not include the 5% Goods and Service Tax.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is mandatory for non-Canadian residents. We recommend you carry medical insurance to cover hospital and helicopter ambulance evacuation expenses. Medical evacuation costs are the responsibility of the guest. We also recommend personal insurance to cover loss of baggage, bikes, etc due to airlines or unforeseen accidents. Your usual homeowners insurance may not be enough. Make sure your insurance covers you while you are in Canada. No refunds are given due to illness or injury.
Weather:
Because we are dealing with the unpredictability of weather, we cannot guarantee the conditions you will encounter on your bike holiday. Generally you will encounter good or excellent conditions. Occasionally, conditions will be fair, and very occasionally they will be poor. No refunds are provided if the quality of riding does not meet your expectations.
If we are unable to operate due to weather, unsafe riding or severe danger of any nature no refunds are available. In the case of such rare occurrences, this final call is made by our experienced and qualified on site lead guide.
