Last weeks major wind storm took a huge toll on the Gilliard Trails. Come on out and help clean up the mess. We’ll be heading out from the Westside early on Saturday, so give us a shout if you need a lift.

The Out Of A Limb ride is a charity cycle ride designed for all cyclists including amputees and hand cyclists to raise money for the G.F. Strong Rehab Hospital.

I’ve had several friends go through the experience at G.F. Strong, and I can tell you that there are few better causes than this.

The ride is from September 9th through September 15ht of this year and will encompass Vancouver, the Island and the Sunshine Coast.
