Just a little volunteer afternoon with the Windsor Bike Team. It seems their regular coach (our good friend Diana Kilby) has come down with a case of torn ACL, so I’m filling in on coaching duties for a bit. Not much to do really, just going for a ride.

Here’s the hooligans now.

Nobody really wanted to climb, but I convinced ’em that Pangor isn’t that far up Seymour.

It isn’t really that far anyway.

I think a couple of them were surprised at how quickly we got up there.

I know the rest of them were surprised at how out of shape I am at this time of year.

Anyway, lots of fun.

We climbed, we sweated, we rode.

Good times.
