It ain’t easy…bein’ Steezy.
Yes, that’s sunshine. Hence the shades. Not so sure about the hiked up shorts though.
Funny how they both end up at the same place…
OK, so the ride was the usual. A bit slow, a lot of remarks about how lame this is, can we ride on the road, etc., etc. Maybe a bit faster than usual. Our lower end riders in this group seem to be pretty rad, there’s a lot of teamwork happening; it’s a tight crew.
But when we got to camp, I went for a little sightseeing mission with our new driver pal, Jen. Check out this RAD outhouse! One of the nicest ones I’ve ever been in. I was kinda sad I didn’t have to poop.
You can have that opportunity if you’re passing through Bankeir. Just look up Tellier’s Fishermans’s Cove. Nice guy, peaceful little setup he’s got there.
So, shortly after we arrived, Barb and Chevy showed up, and they brought my NEW CAMERA! I got an Olympus XZ-1, and it’s pretty sweet. Blows the old Canon G-9 away for speed and colour.
So I spent a few minutes cruising the camp taking shots. Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit grey, and I wanted some blue sky stuff. I think I got it…
Yeah propane!
Not only are they nice boys, but so clean! Actually, so far they’re the best adapted group to this experience we’ve seen.
Some more of our campsite at Link Lake.
The trees have all been thinned for beetle mitigation. Makes it look pretty nice at sunset.
Two of my girls.
Yup, likin’ this camera.
Chevy exerting some influence on Lorraine. Feel that clock ticking yet?
“Mom, I need a hug!”
Chevy was giving out hugs to all the boys too. She made some friends for sure. Well, tomorrow is the big day, so we’ll just let things die sown and head to bed.
