Today’s forecast…only two words…Biblical Deluge.

Yeah, it was pretty gnar.  Flash floods all over the province, weather records broken all around, and what looks suspiciously like fresh snow at higher elevations (when you could see that far, anyway).  Russ had had enough.

So had everyone else, actually.  We skipped riding (it wasn’t really an option anyway), and went to Radium Hot Springs for a soak instead.  After that, a little downtime at Nipika was a good call.

I think we broke the back of the wet spell though.  Looks like clear sailing from here on out.
